Refund Policy

All products sold by MARCOS are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the cases described below.

When a Refund May Apply

  • You were charged but never received the product or delivery email.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The product file is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@marcos-awny.com with your order details and the issue you experienced. We'll investigate and respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paymob. Depending on your bank or wallet provider, it may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear.

Change of Mind

Because products are delivered instantly and can be copied, we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once the product has been delivered.
